Lattanzio, Inc. has designed numerous beautiful custom single family homes throughout Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties since 1986. Mr. Lattanzio works directly with his clients in helping them establish a clear program for their home knowing that the clients individual needs and unique aspirations need to be completely satisfied for a successful design solution.

Proper relationship of the home to its site, maximizing views and maintaining privacy is of prime importance. Mr. Lattanzio's designs incorporate a very livable flowing floor plan with plenty of glass, light and natural ventilation, to create a healthy vibrant environment for his clients to live in. All of his designs include passive solar elements into the building with correct orientation of glazed areas and properly sized overhangs and trellis work for winter heating and summer cooling.
