Mr. Lattanzio does all the firm’s design work himself. Construction drawings are propared by the office’s cadd draftspeople with input, oversight and review by Fred. When a client chooses to work with Lattanzio Inc. they will receive Mr. Lattanzio’s personal attention to design and detailing through the entire project to completion of construction.

In this day and age of the computer, Mr. Lattanzio still does all preliminary design work with pencil sketching and tracing paper. This allows for a more flexible, creative and artistic approach to the design process. Once the preliminary concepts are approved, they are imported into the computer where 3D models are available for the client’s review.
